Cancellation& Refunds Policy
Please carefully review the following policy before registering for the National Students' Space Challenge 2026.
No refunds will be provided
All registrations are final. Cancellations, non-attendance, and other reasons do not qualify for a refund.
Participation Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your participation in the event, you may do so by notifying us via email at spats.iitkgp@gmail.com. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations under any circumstances.
Final Registration Policy
Please note that all registrations are final, and there will be no refunds for non-attendance by participants, or any other reasons. We encourage participants to carefully consider their availability before registering for the event.
Schedule & Venue Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or other details if necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance via email.
Payment Status Disputes
In case of any dispute in the subject of payment status, the decision of the organising team will be considered final.
Facilities Provided
In case of any dispute in the subject of facilities provided against the payment, the decision of the organising team will be considered final.
Travel & Food Costs
Travel and food costs for the participants will be borne by the participants and will not be reimbursed by the organising team under any circumstances.
